Film lovers in San Antonio will get the chance to unite with audiences spanning 6 continents this week in watching and then voting for the short film - of 10 finalists - they think should become the winner of the Annual MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival!
MANHATTAN SHORT is not only the world's largest short film festival, it is the world's first global film festival, with over 200 cities taking part in this event this week alone. With past Finalists going on to be nominated and a few of note nabbing Oscars in the short film category, this is a unique opportunity for film buffs in San Antonio to get a glimpse of the future filmmakers and story tellers of tomorrow.

A limited public presentation of three showings of the Holiday Laser Show will be held at the Urban-15 Studios.
The Show is a multimedia spectacular of choreographed laser beams, animation and light effects performed to
holiday music favorites and carols. This is a family-oriented show with colorful 3D animations and a
stunning aerial beam display. This is the sixth year of this unique holiday season tradition. Only 150 seats will be sold per show, so purchase your tickets now!!!
Laser artist Tim Walsh and Mr. George Cisneros have collaborated on projects in Cincinnati, OH, New Orleans,
LA, Dallas, Houston, Waco and Austin, TX . Other notable presentations include the opening ceremonies of theTexas Sesquicentennial in 1986 at the State Capitol for over 200,000 people, the World Empathy Conference in
Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and the 2008 and 2009 Luminaria in San Antonio.The presentation here in San Antonio
is the largest and most sophisticated ever designed by laserist extraordinaire, Tim Walsh.
