aaand We’re Back!

We’re back!  We hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday and New Year’s!  Ours was full of Laser Shows, tamale dinners, and dancing it up downtown at the New Year’s Eve Celebration at Hemisfair Park!  Thanks so much to everyone who attended!  And thanks so much to everyone who attended our events and supported us throughout 2011!

2012 is already taking off!  We’ve got some studio renovations in mind and some brand new events we’re considering, and development is already underway for our exciting annual events, such as Fiesta’s INCOGNITO, the Josiah Media Festival, and of course, our 25th consecutive appearance in the Fiesta Flambeau Parade!  That’s right, this year will be our 25th straight year of appearing in the Flambeau Parade! 

Our year begins with our free classes for students and seniors!  Remember, we have:
the percussion ensemble at the Dist. 5 Senior Center on Tuesday and Thursday at 9 am,
the HOT HOT HOT latin dance class for Seniors on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 pm,
the Drum Drum Drum hand drumming class for seniors on Thursday at 2 pm,
the Samba Chicas samba class for students on tuesday at 4 pm,
and the Drum Crew hand drumming class for students on thursday at 4 pm.

And so it begins!  We hope you’ll continue to support us as we embark on another whirlwind year here at URBAN-15!
